“青年千人”徐宏介绍

徐宏,1987年生,2005年-2012年在上海交通大学学习并获硕士学位,2015年在日本国立分子科学研究所获博士学位,同年到美国康奈尔大学从事博士后研究工作,2017年获第14期“青年千人”,2018年7月任职清华大学助理教授。徐宏善长有机及无机超分子的合成与杂化调控。在日本留学期间,开创了高稳定结晶共价有机框架化合物(COFs)材料的研究。该类材料对气体吸附及储存(储氢)、光电转换、非均相催化、能源存储及转换领域有着广阔的应用前景。在美国康奈尔大学期间,利用动态可逆原理,首次实现有机/无机杂化团簇的埃级结构调控,在光刻胶大师Ober教授研究成果的基础上,将纳米光刻胶的尺寸成功降至低于2 nm、并兼具高分散性和高溶解性,从而把EUV光刻胶的性能推向了新的高度,达到了Intel公司对下一代光刻技术的期望。徐宏在2018年3月举行的“国际光学工程学会先进光刻技术年会”上被邀请做大会报告,受到了的高度评价。
