研 究 成 果  

    研究团队主要围绕锂电材料及器件,针对能源转换中的关键科学问题和工程应用关键技术,通过学科交叉与综合,开展材料化学及材料化工的基础创新研究和产业化技术研究。
主要围绕超高比能量电池和快充电电池,以及动力锂离子电池安全性、长寿命、低成本的关键问题,以材料化学为核心,通过多学科协同创新,解决关键材料及关键技术问题。
(1) 以固态电解质(聚合物)为核心,研究了下一代锂离子电池技术;
(2) 研究磷碳负极,开发磷碳基快充电动力电池;
(3) 研究了锂离子电池中的有机及聚合物类精细化学品,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,包括安全性低聚物添加剂、阻燃添加剂、高性能粘结剂等等,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(4) 研究了锂离子电池隔膜改性技术,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(5) 研究了高性能锂离子电池用凝胶电解质技术,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(6) 利用控制结晶技术,合成了高密度高性能锂离子电池正极材料,包括磷酸铁锂、钛酸锂、三元材料、钴酸锂等等,并进行了产业化技术研究;
(7) 提出有机/无机纳米原位复合材料制备技术,研发出了新型隔膜复合材料,该成果准备进行产业化工作;
(8) 在国际上率先提出、并开展了磷基储锂负极材料的研究,该材料成为我国具有核心知识产权的锂离子电池材料;
(9) 利用丙酮/水沸点差的特性,提出蒸发相转移的简易方法制备PVDF微孔电解质膜,为目前锂离子电池涂胶隔膜的大规模应用奠定了技术基础。该成果准备进行产业化工作;
(10) 深入研究了锂金属负极的机理,并以此为基础研制超高比能量锂电池;
(11) 研发溶剂热方法制备纳米磷酸铁锂材料新工艺,通过晶体结构调控,解决了磷酸铁锂倍率差的难题。同时自主设计完成连续化规模制备设备,进行连续化大规模制备技术研究;
(12)通过锂离子电池安全性热失控过程的研究,揭示了动力电池自引发热失控的引发机制和演变机理,从减少产热、减缓产热,提出了切实可行的热失控控制策略,并据此成功研发出了系列高安全性关键材料技术和电池技术,攻克了大型动力电池的安全性难题。
