研 究 成 果  

    研究团队主要围绕锂电材料及器件,针对能源转换中的关键科学问题和工程应用关键技术,通过学科交叉与综合,开展材料化学及材料化工的基础创新研究和产业化技术研究。
主要围绕锂离子电池安全性、长寿命、低成本的关键问题,以材料化学为核心,通过多学科协同创新,解决关键材料及关键技术问题。
(1) 以固态电解质为核心,研究了下一代锂离子电池技术;
(2) 研究了低成本石墨烯制备技术,并开发了石墨烯在锂离子电池中的应用技术;
(3) 研究了锂离子电池中的有机及聚合物类精细化学品,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,包括安全性低聚物添加剂、阻燃添加剂、高性能粘结剂等等,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(4) 研究了锂离子电池隔膜改性技术,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(5) 研究了高性能锂离子电池用凝胶电解质技术,拥有多项自主知识产权核心专利,同时进行了产业化技术研究;
(6) 利用控制结晶技术,合成了高密度高性能锂离子电池正极材料,包括磷酸铁锂、钛酸锂、三元材料、钴酸锂等等,并进行了产业化技术研究;
(7) 提出有机/无机纳米原位复合材料制备技术,研发出了新型隔膜复合材料,该成果准备进行产业化工作;
(8) 在国际上率先提出、并开展了磷基储锂负极材料的研究,该材料成为我国具有核心知识产权的锂离子电池材料;
(9) 利用丙酮/水沸点差的特性,提出蒸发相转移的简易方法制备PVDF微孔电解质膜,为目前锂离子电池涂胶隔膜的大规模应用奠定了技术基础。该成果准备进行产业化工作;
(10) 深入研究了硫化聚丙烯腈正极材料的合成过程机理和电化学储锂机理,提出蒸发沉积新工艺,合成了性能优良的材料,并以此为基础研制了大型锂硫电池;
(11) 研发溶剂热方法制备纳米磷酸铁锂材料新工艺,通过晶体结构调控,解决了磷酸铁锂倍率差的难题。同时自主设计完成连续化规模制备设备,进行连续化大规模制备技术研究;
(12)通过锂离子电池安全性热失控过程的研究,揭示了动力电池自引发热失控的引发机制和演变机理,从减少产热、减缓产热,提出了切实可行的热失控控制策略,并据此成功研发出了系列高安全性关键材料技术和电池技术,攻克了大型动力电池的安全性难题。
